DRM is such a stupid concept because it only punishes legitimate buyers.

I'm so sick of DRM being used to punish paying customers while pirates are playing the game for free and with the DRM removed. Steam should never allow developers to require extra DRM methods such as GFWL, Uplay, or Social Club to that can potentially block Steam owners out of their very own games. But it's clear we own the game on steam since we have the mouse icon and Steam knows we own the game. I saw something on the Rockstart site that shows a list of things you have to present to them (lots of screenshots, receipts, etc) to prove you own the game and they will fix the glitch in their system that links the steam and social club accounts together. I have the mouse icon and I own all the DLC. Noir and sign in the Rockstar with my updated credentials but not Max Payne 3? I get the message saying it's link to another Steam account or some nonsense. Try resetting password and look if you can find the email u used. if you cant remember your login credentials then no one can.
